“As a multiple Olympic medalist, I know the importance of great timekeeping and OMEGA’s reputation for precision is second to none.”
Dalilah Muhammad competed in various track and field events at high school, including the hurdles, sprints, and high jump. After graduating from USC, she chose to compete professionally in the 400 m hurdles. A wise decision, as Dalilah excelled in the discipline, earning two silver medals in the 400m hurdles at the World Championships in 2013 - a feat she repeated in 2017.
At the Olympic Games Rio 2016, she won gold in the 400m hurdles, followed in 2019 with her win at the World Championships in Doha. At the same event, Dalilah was part of the gold medal winning 4x400m relay team.
Dalilah is the second female 400m hurdler in history to have won the Olympic Games (2016) and World Championships (2019) titles - and broken a world record (2019). At the Olympic Games in 2021, she won silver in the 400m hurdles and gold with the US 4x400m relay team.
The following year, Dalilah earned bronze in the 400m hurdles at the 2022 World Championships, adding a fifth medal to her impressive tally.
