Now Master Chronometer certified and decorated to depict the lunar surface, it's a new level of precision made for the modern explorer.

Detailed Decoration

While the plasma-treated ceramic case appears in metallic grey, the new movement decoration recreates the Moon’s surface with precision. The "near side" appears from the front of the watch, with “far side” engravings showing through the sapphire crystal caseback.

    The polished-brushed grey ceramic and plasma-treated casebody is matched with a brushed grey ceramic bezel, featuring a laser-engraved tachymeter scale filled with Super-LumiNova.

    Along with a skeletonized grey aluminum dial, the front of the watch depicts the "near side" lunar surface topography on the calibre, bringing authentic Moon landscapes to your wrist.

    Seen through the sapphire crystal caseback, the laser-ablated movement recreates the lunar far side - a view no human had ever seen before the Apollo 8 mission in December, 1968.

Manual-winding chronograph movement with Co-Axial escapement. Certified Master Chronometer, approved by METAS, resistant to magnetic fields reaching 15,000 gauss. Moon-relief textured and blackened on the main plate and bridges, with greater lunar detail compared to previous Calibre 1869 thanks to defined laser engraving and contrasting surfaces. Light grey coated wheels and dark grey gold coated balance wheel. Free-sprung balance with silicon balance spring.
