OMEGA has taken dedicated service to the next level with two new Hong Kong Boutiques offering personalized customer care and attention.
A dazzling Queens Road Central
The new Boutique has four floors, including a customer service centre for Hong Kong and Macau above retail on floor two and three. There is also a stunning new space called “The Suite”.

To highlight the opening of two OMEGA Boutiques in Hong Kong, the Swiss watchmaker has hosted a memorable celebration in the city, with the actress Han So-hee as special guest. The OMEGA ambassador played a central role during the occasion, taking an exclusive tour of each location, while also appearing on stage at the evening’s event.

An elegant spiral staircase leads to a large light-filled space with numerous customer offerings, including a welcoming reception area, a bar and dining space, and even a watchmaking salon for guests wishing to test their skills.
