OMEGA ON DECK

Since creating our first diving watch in 1932, OMEGA’s passion for the ocean has extended into the world of sailing, where precision is defined by split-second decisions and meticulous manoeuvres. As well as timing the legendary America’s Cup, OMEGA also supports entire crews, such as Emirates Team New Zealand, and the efforts of individual sailors and Olympic Games champions.

OFFICIAL TIMEKEEPER OF THE 38th AMERICA’S CUP

Rich with history, innovation and prestige, the America’s Cup is the oldest trophy in international sport. As the Official Timekeeper, OMEGA is proud to support all the teams competing on the waves, where iconic rivalries and spectacular duels are witnessed at each edition. While keeping time for the main event, OMEGA also serves in the same role for the Women’s America’s Cup and Youth America's Cup events.

Since 1995, OMEGA has proudly supported Emirates Team New Zealand as the Official Timekeeper, honouring the legacy of the legendary Sir Peter Blake. Throughout the partnership, OMEGA has made a range of race-ready Seamaster timepieces for the team. The Kiwi crew is one of the few to win the America’s Cup three times consecutively, with their latest victory secured in Barcelona in 2024.

“Precision, accuracy and pioneering spirit are fundamental to what we do and OMEGA has been right by our side for over 20 years”

Grant Dalton, CEO of Emirates Team New Zealand
